Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FORGED — the website at weareforged.net, the web app, and the mobile apps (together, "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

01 // The service

FORGED delivers motivational content: a curated quote feed, daily AI-generated quotes personalized to the goals you provide, and DRILL, an AI accountability companion. The Service is provided "as is" — we work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee either.

Not professional advice. FORGED and DRILL provide motivation, not medicine. Nothing in the Service is medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Training decisions, health decisions, and business decisions are yours. If you're struggling, talk to a qualified professional — and if you're in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line (in the US, call or text 988).

02 // Your account

You must be at least 13 (or your country's minimum age of digital consent).
Keep your credentials secure — activity under your account is your responsibility.
Give DRILL honest inputs at your own discretion; don't submit content that's unlawful or abusive.

03 // Acceptable use

Don't abuse the Service: no attempting to bypass usage limits or access controls, no scraping or bulk-extracting content, no reverse engineering, no using the Service to harass others or break the law, and no reselling access. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

04 // Content

Our content — the FORGED name, design, house-written quotes, and software are ours. Historical quotes are attributed to their authors.
Your content — your profile answers and DRILL messages remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to process them to run the Service (see the Privacy Policy).
Your personalized quotes — quotes forged for you are yours to use, share, and post. Branding on shared graphics stays intact.

05 // Paid features

FORGED is currently free with fair-use limits. Paid subscriptions are coming; when they launch, pricing and billing terms will be presented before you pay, and store purchases will follow Apple's / Google's billing rules.

06 // Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

07 // Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime and request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

08 // Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date above and noted in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
